Hello! My name is Jessica Balderas-Escajeda. I was born and raised in the El Paso/Las Cruces region, growing up in Anthony, Texas my entire life. After graduating in the year 2000 I continued my education by pursuing both my bachelor's degree in criminal justice and Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix, Santa Teresa Campus. During the time I pursued my education I began to build up my professional portfolio in sales, customer service, and leadership with different roles from Enrollment Advisor to Benefits Coordinator for Medicaid patients.

Upon graduating with my bachelor's degree, I began my career in the Public Sector working for the Texas Attorney General. I transitioned back to sales and recruiting for several universities before becoming an Associate Broker. I have a natural ability to help people, and I look forward to applying all my skills and knowledge to assist you with your real estate needs.

Naturally driven and self-motivated, I bring a high level of energy and confidence to every interaction. My strong work ethic is built on intentionality, integrity and discipline. Reliability and trustworthiness are part of my core foundation.  I believe these attributes are gifts that provide me with the opportunity to do what I love most, which is to help people meet their goals!
